THE MATCHA TOKYO originated in Omotesando, Tokyo, and produces Japan's rare 100% organic tea at its tea gardens in Kagoshima and Uji, Kyoto. Since landing in Hong Kong in 2021, Hong Kong International Airport has been our 10th branch.
In addition to a series of matcha drinks, THE MATCHA TOKYO also prepares a variety of Croffle's signature products for travelers with a sweet tooth. Croffle is a mixture of "Croissant" and "Waffle". We also have a variety of "airport-exclusive" hot dog delicacies from which passengers can choose.
