Beef & Liberty is passionate about making hamburgers. They spent years researching the meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness and cheese meltability, to name just a few. It's this passion that made them want to share their burger addiction with the people of Hong Kong.
The name of the restaurant originated from the motto of a beefsteak club in the 18th century Britain - "Let beef and liberty be my reward". Beef & Liberty loved it so much that it took it as its name.
