HKIA’s official mobile app "My HKG" (previously known as "HKG My Flight") allows you to experience Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) in your own way. "My HKG" provides you with real-time flight information and notifications, facilitates your airport services booking and food ordering, assists you on airport navigation, and keeps you stay connected to airport free Wi-Fi upon arrival at HKIA. With its chatbot function, the app also answers enquiries related to flight information, airport facilities and shopping and dining offers through instant messages.

MyTAG is more than a luggage tag. It puts you at ease by notifying you, via the My HKG app in the smartphone, when your luggage is being delivered to the baggage reclaim belt. Hong Kong International Airport is the first airport in the world introducing this service.
