Term Contract T24M101 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Buildings and Hydraulic Systems at Terminal 1 and Associated Buildings (PRO/T577/24/SW)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a Contract for Term Contract T24M101 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Buildings and Hydraulic Systems at Terminal 1 and Associated Buildings (Tender Ref: PRO/T577/24/SW) to CWB-KS JV at 27/F, Tower A, 83 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 19 November 2024. This Term Contract is for a period of 60 months from 2 March 2025 to 1 March 2030.  The estimated contract value excluding price fluctuation for this Term Contract is HK$346.51 million.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with Tender Notice published on 16 August 2024 on Airport Authority’s website.
