Invitation to Tender

Design, Supply, Installation, Implementation, Maintenance and Support of Self-Bag Drop Solution at Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T276/24/SW)

Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). 

The Authority hereby invites tenders from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Design, Supply, Installation, Implementation, Maintenance and Support of Self-Bag Drop Solution at Hong Kong International Airport. The Term of the Contract is intended to be 14 months for design, supply, installation, implementation of Self-Bag Drop Solution upon expiry of the Defects Liability Period, and 3 years fixed term maintenance and support services with annual optional extension for 2 years after Defects Liability Period. Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Tender Document.

This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.

A tender briefing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 5 August 2024. Please complete the web form in ePROS website and submit it on or before 5:00 p.m. on 1 August 2024 to register for the tender briefing.  Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Document and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Document and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 28 August 2024 (Hong Kong time). 

All costs and expenses incurred for or in connection with any response to this invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.  The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender and reserves the right to negotiate with any Tenderer.
