Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Term Contract T24M604 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Escalators and Walkways at Terminal 1, Ground Transportation Centre, SkyPier Terminal, T1 Satellite Concourse, T1 Midfield Concourse, HKIA Community Building, Sky Bridge and Terminal 2 (Tender Ref: PRO/T182/24/KL) to TK Elevator Hong Kong Limited at 31/F, Enterprise Square Three, No. 39 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, KLN, Hong Kong on 31 May 2024. This Term Contract is for a period of 48 months from 7 June 2024 to 6 June 2028. The estimated contract value excluding price fluctuation for this Term Contract is HK$91.22 million.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with tender notice published on 12 March 2024 on Airport Authority’s website.
