Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is the co-sponsor of the 2010 Sedan Chair Race Event, an annual event held since 1975 with the mission to help out local charities with limited manpower or resources to raise fund.

To enhance public awareness of the Event and hence collect more funds, a series of activities will be held at HKIA, together with the active support of our airport shops, including:

1. Exhibition of historical and miniature sedan chair / rickshaw

2. Create My Green Sedan Chair Drawing Activity” Exhibition

3. "Create My Green Sedan Chair Design Competition" & Exhibition

• Date & Time of Competition: 30/10/2010 (14:30 - 16:30)
  
• The local secondary school students show their creativity by using recycled materials to incorporate a green message on their art-pieces for this competition. The outstanding designs will be displayed from 31 October until 15 November.
