Airport Lost and Found

If you have lost something at Hong Kong International Airport, you can contact the Airport Lost and Found for assistance in locating and retrieving your property.

Lost items being sent to the Airport Lost and Found will be stored for up to 4 months, except for perishable food.

Missing baggage or items left on aircraft
For enquiries related to missing baggage or items left on aircraft, please proceed to the Baggage Enquiry Desk at the Baggage Reclaim Hall for assistance. You can also contact the Passenger Handling Agents representing the airline you travelled with to make enquiry on your lost property.
