The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).
The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Modification Works and Installation of Escalator at East Hall Arrival APM Platform. The scope of works includes structural A&A works of reinforced concrete slabs, beams and glass balustrade etc., provision of additional platform, provision of new escalator, associated builder’s works and E&M services The works is required to be completed within a period of 420 days.
This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com to download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission. The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account. Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.
A tender briefing and site visit session is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 22 November 2024 at HKIA Tower 2. Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it on or before 12:00 noon on 20 November 2024 to register for the tender briefing and site visit. Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing and site visit respectively.
Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 12 December 2024 (Hong Kong time).
All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
