Tender for Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Photometric Measurement Equipment for Airfield Ground Lighting at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T5062/24/EL)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”).

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Photometric Measurement Equipment for Airfield Ground Lighting at the Hong Kong International Airport. The scope of services includes supply, delivery, testing and commissioning of Photometric Measurement Equipment for Airfield Ground Lighting including 1 set of Mobile Photometric Measurement Equipment, 1 set of Stationary Workshop Photometric Measurement Equipment, 1 set of Mobile Photometric Measurement Equipment for Elevated Approach Lights on Mast and 1 set of Mobile Photometric Measurement Equipment for PAPI at the Hong Kong International Airport. The Services is required to be completed within a period of 13 months.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for collection via email. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contract should write a letter on company letterhead, giving their name and address, together with the name, position and e-mail address of their contact person and send by email to AATENDER@hkairport.com for the urgent attention of Ms. Eva Chan, Manager, Procurement.

A tender briefing session is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 23 July 2024 via video conference. Please complete the application form to be provided with the Letter of Invitation and submit it via email on or before 12:00 noon on 19 July 2024 to register for the tender briefing session.  Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing session.

Tenders in response to the Letter of Invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted and deposited into the Authority’s Tender Box at Lower Ground Floor, HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, HKIA, Lantau, Hong Kong, no later than 2:30 p.m. on 13 August 2024 (Hong Kong time).

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
