Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Term Contract T24M219 Maintenance, Improvement and Refurbishment Works for Access Control and Detection System (Tender Ref: PRO/T404/24/TT) to Chubb Hong Kong Limited at 10th Floor, 8 Lam Chak Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong on 28 November 2024. This Term Contract is for a contract period from 29 November 2024 to 30 November 2028. The estimated contract value excluding price fluctuation for this Term Contract is HK$35.36 million.

Procurement was by way of an open tender with tender notice published on 4 September 2024 on Airport Authority’s website.
