Invitation to Tender

Tender for Supply and Delivery of Ground Services Equipment and Provision of Ground Services Equipment Management Services at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T531/24/CS)

The Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). 

The Authority hereby invites Tender Submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for Supply and Delivery of Ground Services Equipment and Provision of Ground Services Equipment Management Services at the Hong Kong International Airport. The term of the contracts are 48 months for supply and delivery of ground services equipment and 10 years with options to extend for maximum 5 years at the Authority’s sole discretion for management services.

This is an open tender covered by the Revised World Trade Organization Agreement.

The Tender Particulars and the Instructions for Tender Submission are available for downloading at our ePROS Website. Applicants who wish to tender for the above contracts should log onto our ePROS Website which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com.  The applicants can only download the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission via our ePROS Website if the applicants hold a Registered Account.  Please go to the Authority's ePROS Website to find out how the applicants can register and apply for a Registered Account.

A tender briefing is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. on 25 July 2024 (Hong Kong Time). Please complete the application form in ePROS website and submit it via ePROS website on or before 4:00 p.m. on 23 July 2024 (Hong Kong Time) to register for the tender briefing.  Please note that you may nominate a maximum of two representatives to attend the tender briefing.

Tenders in response to the invitation must be in compliance with the requirements set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and be submitted via our ePROS Website as per the instructions set out in the Tender Particulars and Instructions for Tender Submission and our ePROS Website Terms of Use which can be found here http://epros.hkairport.com, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 12 August 2024 (Hong Kong time). 

All costs and expenses incurred by the applicants for or in connection with any response to the Letter of Invitation, including the preparation and/ or submission of the tender, shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicants without recourse to the Authority.
