Professional Services for Capital Works (Architectural Planning Services) (Contract C25C03)

The Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is enhancing its infrastructure and facilities to strengthen HKIA's role as an aviation hub and planning to develop the existing Airport City into a new, world-leading landmark, the largest Airport City in the region.

The Services to be provided under the Contract comprise the provision of professional services mainly specialised in architecture and buildings disciplines to support the Authority in planning, design and management of the upcoming capital works projects for the development of the Authority.  Provision of professional specialists to work in the Authority’s office will also be required. 

This is a framework agreement with a term of 2 years with 1-year extension option.

The Authority hereby invites tenders from consultants with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to provide the above Services and the required professional specialists.  Suitable consultants will need to demonstrate previous experience and ability in designing similar projects including experience in implementing projects in an operating environment.

The Authority will advise applicants in writing about the detailed arrangement for collecting the tender documents.

Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority’s Tender Box at the lower ground floor lobby of HKIA Tower no later than 14:30 on 30 December 2024 (Hong Kong time).

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
